The 13th International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC 2017), will be held in Phuket of Thailand from Jan 11 to 14, 2017. The conference is open to all, and participation from Asia-Pacific Region is particularly encouraged. Recently, electronics, information, and communication technologies are under rapid development, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. In the ICEIC 2017 conference, we are going to provide an opportunity to exchange new ideas, advances, and technologies, for all participants. We hope that this conference will become a strong technological and academic community for worldwide engineers, scholars and students in fields of electronics, information, and communication.
